<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid distributing mat capable of efficiently exchanging the heat and capable of supplying fluid, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: This fluid distributing mat 10 has a plate-like rubber mat main body 12 and a plurality of fluid flow passages 20 provided in parallel with each other between a surface 14a and a back surface 14b of the mat main body 12 to pass through the mat main body 12 from an upstream side end surface 15a to a downstream side end surface 15b of the mat main body 12. The fluid distributing mat 10 is manufactured by a process for leading a plate-like upstream side raw rubber material and a plate-like downstream side raw rubber material to pinch a plurality of flow passage forming bar materials arranged in parallel with each other, a process for forming the mat main body 12 by performing hot-press to pinch the upstream side raw rubber material and the downstream side raw rubber material to unify the upstream side raw rubber material and the downstream side raw rubber material, and a process for drawing the mat main body 12 from the flow passage forming bar material in the condition wherein the flow passage forming bar material is positioned for fixation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
