<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club which can improve the balance of the club head along with easier loading or unloading between the club head and the shaft while securely preventing the club head from slipping off in the midst of the swinging thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The golf club has a shaft insertion hole 44 having a non-circular part 44a with a non-circular sectional surface which is formed in a hosel part 30 where the shaft 12 is locked on the body 18 of the head piercing the body of the head from the side of the crown part 26 to the side of the sole part 32, a spacer member 48 which is secured at the tip part of the shaft 12 and has a non-circular fitting part 48a fitted into the non-circular part formed in the outer circumference part, a protrusion 46 which is formed by protruding from the inner circumference part of a shaft insertion hole 44 and engaged with the end part on the side of the crown part of the spacer member 48 to prevent the shaft 12 from slipping off on the side of the crown part and an anti-slip means 52 which prevents the tip of the shaft 12 from slipping off on the side of the sole part 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
