<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite fibrous structure which shows sufficient filtering performance, excellent deodorizing, antibacterial and anti-staining functions and can be best-suited for a filter or a sheet for removing a harmful chemical substance. <P>SOLUTION: This composite fibrous structure is constituted of a nonwoven fabric composed of an ultrafine fiber with a single filament diameter of 1 to 3,000 nm and a fibrous structure laminated on the former.
