PRESENCE-IN-ROOM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, AND PRESENCE-IN-ROOM MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively carry out accurate presence-in-room management, and to positively have final exit-from-room procedures carried out when there is a need to carry out the final exit-from-room procedures.

SOLUTION: A computer state management server 6 surveys operating states of a plurality of computers 5 placed in each desk. A presence-in-room decision server 7 carries out presence-in-room decision by referring to states of a plurality of name tags 1 managed by a name tag state management server 4 and the computers 5 managed by a computer state management server 6 under a condition that a name tag 1 is present and a corresponding computer 5 is operating, or the name tag 1 is absent but the corresponding computer 5 is operating, and the states are displayed on the presence-in-room decision server 7. An exiting person can positively decides whether or not the person is the last exiting person by confirming display of the presence-in-room decision server 7 when exiting.
