<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common cold virus propagation information transmission system capable of providing information to a user for avoiding infection in real time from a common cold virus in a space where the user is. <P>SOLUTION: The common cold virus propagation information transmission system has the common cold virus information center device 10, a plurality of portable information terminals 25, a plurality of portable information terminals 20 with common cold virus detecting devices, and a communication network 50 connecting the terminals to transmit information. The common cold virus information center device 10 has a means for managing and storing acquired common cold virus information as common cold virus propagation information, and a means for sending the managed common cold virus propagation information to the portable information terminals and the portable information terminals with the common cold virus detecting devices.
