<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably provide good photographing results by a photographing device. <P>SOLUTION: In the photographing device, the face of a driver D of a vehicle is photographed from a front side and a lower part by a camera 11 and a main projector 12 irradiates to the face from the photographing direction (in other words, from the front side and lower side of the face of the driver D) with near-infrared light. Then, in the photographing device, a sub-projector 13 irradiates to the face from the front side and an upper side of the face of the driver D with near-infrared light. Namely, in the photographing device, the near-infrared light is irradiated from the upper side and lower side of the front side of the face of the driver D.
