PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exchange for increasing persons to participate a meeting without increasing a meeting circuit for a meeting service. SOLUTION: The exchange 2 to form a speech path by switching a connection between a line wire 11 and a plurality of extensions 10a to 10c or between a plurality of extensions and line wires is provided with a storage means 27 and a control means 26. The storage means 27 registers a plurality of telephone numbers by grouping one group and more. The control means 26 obtains other telephone number of the same group as the telephone number of an extension phone 3a from the storage means 27, forms the speech path so as to get an one-way call, and forms the speech path to change the one-way call with the phone of a selected telephone number to a bidirectional call by a notice requesting the bidirectional call with the selected phone among other telephones one-way-calling from the extension phone 3a.
