PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication apparatus for allowing an owner to check the unlock of an operation limit. SOLUTION: A portable telephone set (the mobile communication apparatus) 10 includes: a display part 24; and an operating part 25 for receiving an input operation. A specified function is locked when the operating part 25 receives a prescribed operation and is unlocked when a prescribed operation is received. The portable telephone set includes a counter 26 to count lock or unlock times, so as to change the displaying of the display part 24, based on the value of the counter 26.
