PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker device etc. having an attaching structure of a resin frame and a resin grill in which no looseness due to a change in environment such as temperature change is generated. SOLUTION: The speaker device is provided with the resin frame and the resin grill, wherein resin frame is attached on the resin grill. The resin frame and the resin grill each have an engaging claw which are engaged with each other. An inclined surface is formed on at least any one of the engaging claws of the resin frame and the resin grill, and the other engaging claw engages with the engaging claw of the opposite part on the inclined surface. If the environment temperature falls, the resin grill and the resin frame shrink in a vertically lateral direction. If the temperature rises, the resin grill and the resin frame expand in a vertical lateral direction.
