PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a method and a device that add the required minimum information to a file when creating the file, such as image data, and acquire other pieces of information based on the added information for providing to a user. SOLUTION: In data creation, such as photography and document writing, information on a creation place is acquired and added to data. When the data are recorded, the information on the data creation place is acquired from position information and is related to the data for storage.
