PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve security of an access right to data. SOLUTION: A document registration system 120 receives data on an image or a text transmitted from a device 110 or the like, and temporarily stores the received data into a temporary storage means. The document registration system 120 reads the data temporarily stored in the temporary storage means, and stores the data into a designated storage device of a document management system. The document registration system 120 deletes the data succeeding in the storage into the storage device from the temporary storage means, and forbids access by a user except a prescribed user to the data failing in the storage into the storage device.
