PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refuse-collection vehicle finely crushing branch/tree or the like after the branch of street tree is removed so as to be made to compost. SOLUTION: The refuse-collection vehicle for collecting and transporting the dust is provided with a crusher 29 for crushing the refuse to chips; a drum for storing or discharging the chips crushed and fed from the crusher 29 by normal/reverse rotation action; and a crusher 51 for more finely shearing the chips; and a chip throwing means for throwing the chips discharged from the drum 3 to the crusher 51 by gravity on a vehicle body frame 1.
