摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the visibility, safety, displacement followability in an earthquake, and construction property by shortening the time for completion. SOLUTION: This elevator shaft comprises a frame (A) 12 connected with a plurality of struts 8, a corner gasket 18 formed of an internal spacer (A) 16 fixed to the frame (A) 12, a glass movement preventing block 17, and an elastic material having a curved surface on its outer surface, a side gasket 19 locked to a side projection (A) 14 of the frame (A) 12, an anchor block (A) 20 to be force-fitted to a contacting part between the corner gasket 18 and the side gasket 19, a transparent glass body 7 for covering a hoistway 9, the glass movement preventing block 17 fixed to the side projection (A) 14 of the frame (A) 12, and a block (A) 21 that is force-fitted to the contacting part between the corner gasket 18 and the side gasket 19 and generates lip pressure to the glass body 7 by the side gasket 19.
