PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vehicle body structure with a mount bracket having connecting structure from a lateral joist fixed on a vehicle body side to a chassis frame through a body side mount bracket and a frame side mount bracket, wherein generation of a crack due to stress caused by a vehicle body load or oscillation is prevented, and durability is enhanced. SOLUTION: In the vehicle body structure with the mount bracket, the mount bracket is provided with the frame side mount bracket fixed on the chassis frame extending to a fore-and-aft direction of a vehicle body, and the body side mount bracket with an upper end part fixed to the lateral joist and with a lower end part fixed to the frame side mount bracket, and formed so that the center of fixation of the body side mount bracket and the frame side mount bracket is arranged in an offset manner in the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle body with respect to an axial line of the lateral joist. While a reinforcing member is fixed on the body side mount bracket, the reinforcing member and the body side mount bracket are fixed to the lateral joist by holding fore-and-aft and side surfaces of the lateral joist with the reinforcing member and the body side mount bracket.
