<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting display device hardly generating color shift even if a point of view is shifted from the front of a displaying part. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting device has an organic light emitting layer 20 for emitting light including respective color component of the three primary colors, and a color filter group 112 for selectively transmitting lights having prescribed wave length formed on an organic light emitting element 101 for emitting white light. On an organic EL display 100, the organic light emitting element 101 is structured so that a resonance frequency of an organic light emitting layer 202 in the direction of thickness exists within an area of the wave length of blue color, by making a light having a prescribed wave length resonate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
