<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem of a conventional lighting fixture which forms a pseudo point light source with a large number of LED lamps and converts it into parallel rays with a paraboloid-like reflecting surface in an effort to obtain a lighting fixture capable of delivering light to a distance but it is impossible to create an efficient lighting fixture because such a lighting fixture radiates large amount of light in directions which are not predetermined. <P>SOLUTION: In the lighting fixture 1 for a vehicle of this invention, an LED light source 2 is installed with a light radiation direction up, a first reflector 3 is formed with an ellipse-like face with the LED light source as a first focus and a second focus near a focus of a project lens 5 and a second reflector 6 is formed with an ellipse-like face with a first focus at the LED light source and a second focus at an appropriate position on an axis connecting the LED light source and the focus of the project lens and a third reflector 7 is formed with an ellipse-like face with a first focus at the second focus of the second reflector and a second focus near the focus of the project lens or a parabolic face with a horizontal light axis.
