<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly distribute data or a function required in a specific place by a specific user onto a mobile terminal of the user even in an area wherein landmarks are clustered close together. <P>SOLUTION: This optimum data provision device manages action schedule of the user of the mobile terminal about each of one or more registration places correlatively to a process to be executed by the user in that place, acquires a present position of the mobile terminal based on positioning data, collates the acquired present position with one or more registration places, determines priority order in distance of the registration place in close order from the acquisition position, and decides whether two or more registration places are present within an error range of the acquisition position or not. When two or more places are present within the error range, the optimum data provision device decides propriety of the priority order in distance in consideration of the action schedule of the user, selects optimum information necessary for the process to be executed by the user, and transmits it to the mobile terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
