<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a worker evaluation system, a method and a program, transversely evaluating quality of labor of a part-time job over various business categories or job types. <P>SOLUTION: A manager 12 evaluates a working attitude or the like of a student 11 in a working site 20 in each couple of evaluation items, and inputs an evaluation result to a working site terminal 21. The evaluation result is transmitted to a worker evaluation server 41 and is weighted in each the evaluation item, and an evaluation point is calculated. The calculated evaluation point is transmitted to the working site terminal 21, and the working site terminal 21 adds the evaluation point to a money point of an electronic money card of the student 11, and writes it into the electronic money card. The weighting is performed by use of a weighting point recorded in a table inside the working evaluation server 41.
