<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor capable of preventing the flooding of a specimen sample or the like from a specimen supply passage without applying chemical treatment to the surface of a second substrate. <P>SOLUTION: At least a first subsrate 1 and a second substrate 8 are laminated to form a specimen supply passage 7 for sucking the supplied specimen sample in the gap between the substrates 1 and 8. A reagent layer 5 reacting with the component in the specimen sample is arranged in the specimen supply passage 7 and the air hole 9 for accelerating the suction of the specimen is bored in the second substrate 8 to form projected parts to the peripheral parts of the opening parts 9a and 9b on both surfaces of the second substrate 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
