EXHAUST EMISSION CONTROL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device having a compact exhaust system, and making exhaust gas uniformly flow into catalyst.

SOLUTION: In a straightening chamber 8, a cylindrical member 20 coming close to one end of a casing 4 at one opening 20a and connected to a purifying chamber 5 at the other opening 20b is provided. The exhaust gas is led from an exhaust gas lead-in port into a space 6 between an inner wall of the straightening chamber 8 and the cylindrical member 20, and flows into the purifying chamber 5 from the one opening 20a of the cylindrical member 20.
