<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition of a golf ball cover for obtaining a golf ball hardly discoloring or deteriorating with age and excellent in the weather-resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The composition of the golf ball cover comprises an isocyanate group terminal urethane prepolymer with at least one kind of diisocyanate as the isocyanate component selected from a group consisting of 4,4'-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate and cyclohexan diisocyanate, an aromatic polyamine compound, titanium oxide with the surface process for controlling the photocatalytic action, and a photo-stabilizer.
