MANUFACTURING METHOD OF GAS BARRIER LAMINATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier laminate having no chlorine in the structure and showing no decrease of the gas barrier property even after storage under high temperature and high humidity for a long period of time.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the gas barrier laminate comprises applying a gas barrier layer-forming coating (C) containing a polyalcohol-based polymer (A) and a polycarboxylic acid-based polymer (B) directly on a plastic base material or on the plastic base material via an undercoat layer, heat-treating it, and then heat-treating it in the presence of water containing a monovalent metallic compound (D1) and/or a basic organic compound (D2) and a divalent or higher-valent metallic compound (E).
