<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect foreign matter on a runway surface of an airport. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile vehicle 50 is provided with a foreign matter detecting sensor 40 outputting detection information of foreign matter on a road surface 49, a GPS receiver 31 receiving a positioning signal, a radio receiver 33 receiving GPS correction data 84, a positioning computing unit 34 measuring a position of the mobile vehicle 50 by a corrected pseudo-distance, a travel controller 37 controlling a traveling position of the mobile vehicle 50, a foreign matter position computing unit 35 calculating a position of the foreign matter on the basis of the traveling position of the mobile vehicle 50 and the foreign matter detection information 75 of the foreign matter detecting sensor 40, and a radio transmitter 36 transmitting the foreign matter information outputted from the foreign matter detecting sensor 40, traveling position information 74 of the mobile vehicle 50, and positional information of the foreign matter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
