PHASE NOISE COMPENSATION FOR SPECTRUM MEASUREMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for compensating phase noise of a spectrum analyzer in various operating states. SOLUTION: The phase noise of the spectrum analyzer is compensated based on formation of a phase noise model adaptive to various operating states of the spectrum analyzer.
