REMOTE MONITORING APPARATUS, REMOTE MONITORING METHOD, AND REMOTE MONITORING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitoring apparatus, a remote monitoring method and a remote monitoring program for monitoring a monitoring object in a simple manner without the need for newly reserving a power supply and to enable the remote monitoring apparatus to be used even for a monitoring camera. SOLUTION: A solar battery panel is attached to a charging circuit 2-1 and a secondary battery 2-2 stores power generated by the solar battery panel. A central control section 3-6 uses a temperature sensor section 3-2 and a humidity sensor section 3-3 to measure temperature/humidity in a prescribed timing and stores the result of measurement into a memory section 3-4. Further, a camera section 3-1 photographs a plant and stores its image into the memory section 3-4. Further, a wireless communication section 3-5 transfers the data stored in the memory section 3-4 to a terminal being a transfer destination.
