PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage battery with a belt-shape handle which is provided with a handle easy for taking out of a packaging box and easy for mounting on a high location. SOLUTION: In a storage battery having a belt-shape handle, a carrying means is provided for the belt-shape handle. To be concrete, since the belt-shape portion is a first carrying part, a pair of carrying means by which the battery can be lifted up are provided at a part of the belt-shape handle other than the handle, and these carrying means become a second carrying part.
