PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make feeling in relation to a sound volume change excellent and to accurately control audio noise to the surrounding, in a device for adjusting set sound volume in an audio device for a vehicle capable of automatically adjusting set sound volume of an in-vehicle audio device according to vehicle speed. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a setting operation means 3 which can be operated and inputted by an occupant to arbitrarily set low vehicle speed region set sound volume VM<SB>L</SB>and high vehicle speed region set sound volume VM<SB>H</SB>from a first sound volume setting range A<SB>L</SB>set in advance corresponding to a low vehicle speed region and a second sound volume setting range A<SB>H</SB>set in advance corresponding to a high vehicle speed region, respectively; and a control means U4 for controlling a set sound volume changing means U2 to fix the set sound volume of the audio device to the low vehicle speed region set sound volume VM<SB>L</SB>in the low vehicle speed region, to continuously change the set sound volume according to the vehicle speed change along a prescribed set sound volume change line VM<SB>M</SB>for connecting the low vehicle speed region set sound volume VM<SB>L</SB>and the high vehicle speed set sound volume VM<SB>H</SB>in a middle vehicle speed region, and to fix the high vehicle speed region set sound volume VM<SB>H</SB>in the high vehicle speed region.
