PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamping device capable of simply fixing a baseboard mounted to a corner section in a room. SOLUTION: The clamping device is equipped with a fixed body abutment section 3 capable of being abutted on a fixed body and a baseboard abutment section 4 capable of being abutted on the end section of the baseboard 20 in front and behind of a body 2, and the body 2 is equipped with spring action and, at the same time, a screw hole 8 is formed.
