PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the manufacturing time for a turbine blade 1 and to easily improve the productivity of the turbine blade 1 by reducing the number steps of a series of production processes in the turbine blade 1. SOLUTION: A porous film 9 is coated by using a coating electrode 11 having consumability, generating impulsive discharge between a portion of a blade body 3 and the coating electrode 11, and depositing, diffusing, and/or welding an electrode material of the coating electrode 11 or the substance reacted by the electrode material on a portion of the blade body 3 by electric discharge energy.
