PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve brittleness and impact resistance of a conventional episulfide resin improved in brittleness and impact resistance to some extent. SOLUTION: The polymerizable composition comprises (a) a compound represented by formula (1) (wherein Y is a 1-4C substituted or unsubstituted, linear or branched hydrocarbon group or a 3-6C cyclic hydrocarbon group, a substituted or unsubstituted 1,4-dithiane group, an arylene group or an aralkylene group; m is an integer of 0-2; and n is an integer of 0-3), (b) a mixture of at least one compound bearing 2-4 mercapto groups and at least one sulfide bond in the molecule with at least one compound bearing 3-4 mercapto groups and at least one carboxylate bond with an alcohol, and (c) at least one compound bearing an aliphatic isocyanate group and having a cyclic skeleton.
