PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent containing oxidized LDL receptor LOX-1 which is reported to deeply be participated in destabilization of arteriosclerosis plaque as a target molecule in order to develop nuclear medicinal imaging agent capable of evaluating destabilization of arteriosclerosis plaque. SOLUTION: The agent for diagnosis of an anti-LOX-1 antibody labeled with a radioactive nuclide as an active ingredient. The anti-LOX-1 antibody labeled with the radioactive nuclide is preferably a compound represented by formula (I) (wherein Y is a residue of anti-LOX-1 antibody; M is a radioactive metal atom; T and A are each a coligand) and the anti-LOX-1 antibody is preferably a monoclonal antibody binding to a polypeptide represented by sequence No.1.
