PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stencil printing device which can certainly keep the secrecy of a master wound on a plate cylinder. SOLUTION: The stencil printing device 1 comprises in the device body 8 a printing part 2 with the plate cylinder 9, around the outer periphery of which the made-up master 14a is wound; a sheet supply part 4 for supplying the sheet P to the printing part 2; and a sheet discharge part 6 for discharging the sheet P printed by the printing part 2 to the outside of the device body 8. In addition, shielding members 24 and 25 which shield the made-up master 14a wound around the outer peripheral surface of the plate cylinder 2 so as not to allow a visual recognition of the master 14a from outside the device body 8.
