PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and accurately position and fix a liquid jet head to a carriage body. SOLUTION: The carriage has a nearly box-shaped carriage body, the top of which is opened, and having an opening at the bottom of the interior, a liquid jet head, a part of which is projected downward from the opening and fixed, discharging a liquid onto a recorded object from the part projected while reciprocally moving with the carriage body in the interior of the carriage body, a pair of positioning pins arranged in parallel with a guide shaft on one side of the carriage body or the liquid jet head, one of which has a plane parallel with the guide shaft, and the other has a projected curved surface facing the slope line of the plane, and a pair of pin butting walls arranged in parallel with the guide shaft, one of which has a projected curved surface butting against the plane of the positioning pin and the other has a plane butting against the curved surface of the positioning pin in the carriage body or the liquid jet head.
