PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a token lifting mechanism which is suppressed in harming a medal slot part of a game machine and is compact not to occupy a large setting area. SOLUTION: This game medium lifting mechanism is at least equipped with a collective token opening (30), a game medium sending device (40), a lift device (50) formed at a level almost same as that of the game medium opening (30) part, a conveying device (60) which can convey game token lifted by the lifting device (50) up to the token opening (30) part, and a driving device (80) to actuate the game medium conveying device (40), the lifting device (50), and the conveying device (60).
