A monitoring and control method for decentralized system (MNO Domain) in which at least one mobile communication module and a communication network (Hosted domain) are provided and can be connected via an aerial interface. At least one environment parameter value (UPW) of the decentral system is determined via the sensor (T,B) and the UPW is then communicated via the interface to the communication network and is loaded via a data link into a user-PC and is represented on the web-browser of the user-PC for monitoring purposes. The web-browser is used to generate a control signal for controlling actuator (R)in the MNO. An independent claim is included for a mobile communication module.
