<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture needle introducing guide which is an implement safely and reliably ensuring a route to percutaneously approach the inside of a body, and is used, more specifically, by pressing the implement against the body surface to guide a puncture needle, discriminating positions of a balloon, when the balloon is inflated after inserting a guide tube for inserting an endoscope equipped with the balloon for puncture which never bursts immediately if punctured with the puncture needle or the like in the inside the body in advance, and a user makes a puncture from the body surface, using the balloon as a target. <P>SOLUTION: The puncture needle introducing guide is a guide used in percutaneously inserting the puncture needle 10 inside the body and for positioning for a puncture on the body surface. The main body 1 of the guide of a block shape to be grasped by a hand has the bottom surface formed into a body surface contact surface 2 of a convex surface.
