<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cord with a loop, with which properties of a braid texture are effectively used and the size of a loop is simply adjusted. <P>SOLUTION: The loop forming function parts 3 and 4 of a cord body 1 composed of a fiber assembly are constituted of a braid texture. A great number of cord insertion holes 7a-7e and 8a-8e for passing the end part of the cord body 1 are arranged as insertion hole lines 7 and 8 in the length direction of the cord body on a part composed of the braid texture, both the cord end parts of the cord body area piled in an inverted state of the directions of the end parts, the cord body is made in a loop state, both the cord ends 5 and 6 of the cord body are successively inserted into the cord insertion holes 8a and 7a mutually close to the other cord terminals 6 and 5 sides relatively to the insertion hole lines 8 and 7.
