<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an azimuth measurement and voice broadcasting instruction system and its device for providing the voice broadcasting instructing function of an azimuth at night or underwater or to a person whose eyesight is poor. <P>SOLUTION: This azimuth test measuring device 100 is configured of a motor type azimuth test measuring device. A decoder memory 101 which converts an azimuth signal into a voice is configured as a memory chip in which relevant software is included, or relative voice contents are burned. A voice enlargement driving circuit 102 is configured as an enlargement and output driving circuit constituted of a solid-state electronic element. A voice outputting device 103 is configured as a device which converts electric energy into voice energy. A power unit 104 provides electric energy.
