<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immersed membrane filtration device and method which can stably continue the operation without making air remain in treated water piping regardless of treatment flow rate. <P>SOLUTION: In the immersed membrane filtration device having a filtration membrane immersed in an aeration tank storing water to be treated, and the treated water piping taking out filtrate from the filtration membrane, at least two sets of descending piping, and a valve device for selecting a descending pipe to be used are installed to select the descending piping to be used according to the flow rate of the filtrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
