PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansion-molded object with a releasable sheet which can be easily manufactured and shows excellent surface designability, a manufacturing method for the same and an expansion-molded object. SOLUTION: The expansion-molded object 21 with a releasable sheet has a releasable sheet 23 releasably adhered to the surface of a thermoplastic resin expansion-molded object 22 or the surface of a skin film laminated on the surface of the expansion-molded object 22. In the method for manufacturing the expansion-molded object 21, the releasable sheet 23 is stretched between a male and a female force for manufacturing the expansion-molded object 21 by in-mold expansion molding or in either of these forces in such a state that the made and female forces are opened. Further, after clamping both forces, the gap between the releasable sheet 23 and the opposite force is filled with an expandable resin particle, then the resin particle is thermally molded in the forces and thus the expansion-molded object 21 which has the releasable sheet 23 releasably adhered to the surface of the thermoplastic resin expansion-molded object 22, is obtained .
