PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air mortar/air milk construction method which can easily adjust a curing time during construction. SOLUTION: In the air mortar/air milk construction method, air mortar or air milk is prepared by adding 0.2-1.0 pt. wt. of a retarding agent for retarding curing into 100 pts. wt. of cement, and a stimulating agent which accelerates the curing to correspond to the amount of the retarding agent 2-20 times as much as the actual amount is added into the air mortar or the air milk immediately before pouring.
