<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the encoding processing time by reducing an encoding processing amount of an image. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor (100) is provided with an image processing means (6) which executes image processing of image data on the basis of encoding data generated by encoding a color difference component of the image data, and an encoding data storage means (9) for storing prescribed encoding data.
