<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fibrous filter capable of removing virus, or the like, in water with low operation pressure and high filtering precision. <P>SOLUTION: The filter and a filter element using the filter are characterized in that an average diameter of the fiber which forms a filter layer is 1-150 nm, more than 60% in a weight ratio is the 1-150 nm diameter fiber, more than 50% of the fiber in a weight ratio is within the range of 30 nm diameter difference, and a support layer is constituted of the fiber which average diameter is 1-70μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
