PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make processing, associated with the printing and management of printed matter, simpler than ever, when information desired to be conveyed to all information provision object persons and information desired to be conveyed to only some restricted ones of the information provision object persons are mixed together, in terms of the information which is applied, for example, to various kinds of distributed matter in a company and provided by the printed matter.

SOLUTION: The information for being allocated to a specific area is printed by being processed so that contents can be hard to grasp on the printed matter and can be easy to grasp by processing of image data which are acquired by reading the printed matter by an optical method.
