PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform calibration so as to eliminate the difference between respective apparatuses even if there is irregularity in the purity of a standard sample for mass calibration. SOLUTION: First, usual calibration is performed by introducing the standard sample into a MS part and an adjusting sample 13 is subsequently introduced into a GC part 10 and the mass analysis of the target substance separated by a column 16 is performed in the MS part 20 to acquire a mass spectrum. The actually measured mass spectrum and a standard spectrum 35 are compared in a data processing part 31 and the standard sample is used from the comparing result to correct a standard spectrum 34 becoming a target at the time of calibration. Since the error factor such as the purity irregularity of the standard sample is reflected to the standard spectrum thus corrected, this corrected standard spectrum is set as a target and the re-calibration of the MS part 20 using the standard sample is performed to eliminate the difference between the apparatuses.
