PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a friction plate of a clutch device capable of securing the thermal conductivity while the calorific capacity is well maintained. SOLUTION: The friction plate 2 of the clutch device has a plate part 2a to make frictional engagement with a clutch disc 8 and a fold-back part 2b folded back at the inside of the plate part to the surface opposite the clutch disc, wherein a thermal conductive member 2e having a higher thermal conductivity than the air is interposed between the plate part and the fold-back part.
