PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-structured anchor capable of being temporarily fixed easily and reliably to a base material such as a foundation, wall, column, etc. made of concrete, mortar, blocks, etc., being easy in work execution, being fixed strongly and highly reliably to the base material without any load on it fastening an anchored object securely to the base material, and having a high draw-out resistant strength as well as excellent durability. SOLUTION: The anchor is provided with a flange formed around the outer circumference of the top end of its buried part, a female thread formed at the center of the buried part in a certain depth from its top end in parallel with the longitudinal anchor shaft core, an insert hole bored at the center of the buried part from its bottom end to a certain height in parallel with the longitudinal anchor shaft core or a female thread for temporarily fixing the anchor formed at the center of the buried part from its bottom end to a certain height in parallel with the longitudinal anchor shaft core, an annular component for temporary fixing the anchor arranged at the bottom end of the buried part, and a means inserted through the insert hole or screwed down to the female thread for temporary fixing the anchor for expanding the annular component for temporary fixing the anchor in diameter.
