PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition panel facilitating panel installation work to improve work efficiency. SOLUTION: This partition panel P comprises a first panel 1, a second panel 2 enclosed in a vertically extensible manner in the first panel 1, and a locking means 3 for fixing the second panel 2 into a required extended position to the first panel 1. The locking means 3 is constituted to impede the movement of the second panel 2 in a contracting direction to the first panel 1 and to allow the movement of the second panel 2 in an extending direction by engaging locking members 5a, 5B provided at the side end part of the first panel 1, into one of a large number of locking holes 4 vertically disposed at the side end part of the second panel 2, to form a locked state.
