PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sprinkle a solution even in a place unequipped with a solution storage tank, a solution supply system, or the like in a solution sprinkling vehicle for sprinkling the solution produced by mixing an antifreezing agent, a powder and granular material (chemicals and a solid agent) such as aggregate, and liquid such as water, on a road or the like. SOLUTION: This solution sprinkling vehicle is composed of a travelable vehicle body 2; a hopper 3 provided at the vehicle body 2 to store the powder and granular material and liquid; an agitator 4 provided at the hopper 3 and agitating and mixing the powder and granular material and liquid to produce the solution; a screw feeder 5 for discharging the solution in the hopper 3; a metering rotor 6 for delivering the solution from the screw feeder 5 by a predetermined quantity at a time; and a sprinkling nozzle 7 for sprinkling the solution from the metering rotor 6.
