PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for pasting which does not cause bubbles and wrinkles when attached on a base board such as a wall, is easy to paste, and is excellent in productivity. SOLUTION: Using a coating roll having a 5-500μm deep recessed part, a liquefied adhesive is gravure roll-coated on one side of a sheet base material 2. The adhesive is coated in such a way that adhesive non-spreading section B is distributed over the whole coating face and adhesive spreading section A occupies 5-98% of the whole area by the area ratio.
